Fluorescent lighting

Good day,

Noob question! On my 75 gallon FOWLR tank i have All-Glass Triple tube fluorescent lighting strip. Running in it i have 2 actinic and one day light. Do these support VHO lights or do i need another ballast?

No worries i found my answer thanks, looks like i need a ballast kit!!

you can buy ballasts that will support vho at home depot then you just have to get the endcaps and the bulbs.
