Getting my 300GAL.. Questions...

I'm picking up my baby this weekend and I needed some advice on the transition.. I now have a 125g which is in the of which my 300 will be .. I needed advice (steps if possible) on how to unload my tank and set up the new one.. Which I have to plumb also.. I'm soft plumbing it until I can get the tank up and running for awhile..
