Bristol worms are good. Don't worry about that one. The crab see if you can get a pic and post it, lets try to ID it. The aptasia you will find almost all the time it's a hard one to avoid. Don't get rid of the rock yet it's all part of the awesomeness that is salt water. . Ps I am also in southern Ontario.
