Question Glass Anemone/aiptasia ID

Can anyone tell me if this is a glass anemone or aiptasia?Could this cause any problems?If so i have three peppermint shrimp will this help?I have about six in my tank on my live rock.

I `ve always heard that they will only eat the yonger, smaller aiptasia. Here is a good link on how to get rid of them.

I agree, the peppermints seem to really go only after the smaller ones. Of course that is really hit or miss. I have had them eat some and others leave them be. I use the pickeling lime and it works great.
