Goby and pistol shrimp

I'm thinking of getting a pair and just wanted to get a little more information about them? Like can I buy them separately? Or definitely together?

I have a Randalls goby and pistol shrimp I bought at the same LFS, and are both healthy but blissfully either unaware or not interested in each other.
