Goby jumped out!!

Unfortunately my White Goby escaped his enclosure (has a 4" glass border) right out of my display tank. Don't understand it, or how it got out!

Too bad, liked the little guy
Was getting picked on by other tank mates as soon as I introduced him about a week ago.
Wonder if that had anything to do with his fishicide?

Probably getting picked on so jumped to escape

Five or six years ago I had another saltwater fish jump out my 50 gallon I believe it was a small damsel. Worse when your 6 year old finds it first

Can well imagine! That's why I have a lid on mine. My new trigger tried to jump not long after I put him in but the lid stopped him luckily

Sorry for your loss. They make a clear netting that you can put on top of the tank to help stop jumpers.

Better than closing in with glass IMO
