Yes. And it's fine. But, unsalted unseasoned seaweed is unsalted unseasoned seaweed. For the same price, you can get a pack of a dozen full sized sheets at an Asian market. Just make sure they're unsalted and unseasoned.

Yes and my fish love it. I have used green, red, and brown. I try to mix it up.
