HELP! reg' yellow face goby

hi guy & gals,
i have one question regarding my yellow face goby

DAY 1, he/she was swimming up and down the tank above the rocks
(i thought yellow face gobys "lived" at the bottom of the tank)

however

DAY 2

he/she remains hiding under a rock, doesnt move much.. is this normal day time behaviour ?

looks healthy, good water conditions

tank friends include:
1 x bicolor pseudochromis (yellow / purple)
2 x yellow tail damsel

all seem happy.

your pseudo or damsel could be picking on it, those fish do that somtimes. mine did i traded them in. but usually yellow face gobys cruise all over the tank.
