Cyano is feed by excessive nutrients in the tank. Have you ever tested your phosphate? Do you run carbon?

Yes I run carbon and I need to get a a test kit for phosphates. I just have nitrate nitrite and ammo and PH. I guess I should get more nassarius snails! Any idea on how to get rid of it? And what should I get to get the itrients down?
