High Alkalinity

I started my fist marine fowlr aquarium about 2 weeks ago.
Currently there's NO inhabitants in the tank.
I'm using Instant ocean salt and my alkalinity is 13.8 dKH using Red Sea foundation pro test kit.
Im not dosing anything and don't have any reactors.
Will this high alkalinity harm any fish or inverts, if so how can I reduce it?

My other parameters are measured by Red Sea test kits

Temp: 25°C
Salinity: 33 ppt
Ammonia: 0 ppm
Nitrite: 0 ppm
Nitrate: 2ppm
Alkalinity: 13.8 dKH
pH: 8.0
Calcium: 430 ppm
Magnesium: 1360 ppm

Its high, biut there are no overall health issues at those levels. One serious reefer even went as far as to do detailed tests on alk levels (and many other things), and he found that corals even did better when alk was over 12dKH. However, the drawback is that you will find more build-up on your equipment like power heads.
Once you start adding corals, they will consume and lower your alk and calc levels.
