How can you train a mandarin to eat prepared food?

I heard some people have trained their Target Mandarins to eat prepared food. How do they do that?

Patience, Live foods, supplimentary pods and food soaked in garlic are a good start.

Someone should write a article on training fish to eat prepared foods, im having a hard time enticing my new yellow eye tang to eat food i put in the tank.
