how do i cure live rock?

my 125 is just set up and has only water not salt and i was reading on how to cure but it sounds so complicated can someone please help me with how to cure lr ty

turn the tank to salt water first (ro/di water of choice) !! buy some test kits !! add rock !! test !! then slowly add fish ect...

its a bit more work/money than fresh for sure but alot to know and/or write in one message!! need to start reading a few books/post and ya can find all your answers here for the most part !!

and a skimmer right with frequient water changes and keep takeing off the dead and no light for like 7-10days right
