Looks pretty good, 
IMO I would build 2 different piles 2 make more pleasing to the eye and got fish

I think it looks good too! I have 1 big long pile too but two piles sound cooler! 8)
But I think you should try to make more caves & ledges if you can. It just depends how many separate pieces you may have, it's hard for me to tell. I'm jealous of fresh tanks w/ nice clean sand. My sand has bits of broken shells & chips of this & that (I bought the tank used w/ the stock)... I clean a lil bit of it w/ every water change but it's slow going, it's a big job!
