How long should I wait til my tank starts cycling?

My test results after 1 week of waiting are: pH 8.2, NH3/NH4 0.5, NO2 0, NO3 5.0

Are the numbers ok as to be expected?
55g Reef Setup: 2 Percula Clownfish,5 Blue Legged Hermit Crabs,1 small Kenya Tree Coral,1 Toadstool,2 Yellow Sponge, and 1 Firefish.
