How many drops are in a ml?

I think it is around 20, depends how big the drops are though. But I think it takes 20 of the average drops to make a ml
 
I would measure it, b/c like george said it depends on the drop size or "drip factor" take a tube that you test your water in, usually they are 5ml drip water into it until its to the 5ml mark and count all the drips and divide by 5, then you'll have a pretty accurate drip factor, this is all if you really need to be accurate, if not 20 will be close.
