HOW MUCH WATTAGE

How much WPG would be require in a 29g FOWLR tank with NO coral or reef??

I am not sure I understand your question. Are you asking about a tank without any corals? If so, wattage does not matter.

I believe he said no corals or reef? It doesn't matter. My fish look good under lighting that does have some blue in it. I have the coralife 50/50 flourescent bulbs.

What Lando said, watts won't really matter, since the fish, generally don't have specific lighting requirements.
What was confusing is you put "no" in caps, so it looks like NO (which is Normal Output lighting.)
