How often to feed fish?

I have a Lemonpeel Angelfish and a Lubbock Fairy Wrasse. I have had the Angelfish since November and the Wrasse since December. I had been feeding them morning then at night. The past two weeks I have been feeding them just at night. Since I was told only to feed them one time a day. How often should I feed them? The food that I do feed them is Rod's Food.
I know this is a simple question but this is my first saltwater tank.

I feed my tank every other day. On the off days I feed a sheet of dried seaweed for my tangs. Been doing this for almost 13 yrs now.

I wouldn't agree with this as nitrates and nutrients would hit the roof
