I have pods!!!

So I saw pods for the first time in my tank today I have live rock and live sand so my question is since there is pods of sorts can I put a mandarin goby in the tank without worries or will it eat all of them and starve

probably eat them all and starve.... unless you can train it to eat live/frozen brine

How do u do that here's a pic of what I think are the pods I left a mysis shrimp in there on accident after feeding the goby and saw these flee looking things and apparently that's what yet are is pods
