How much live rock do you have? What type of filter did you get?
I see in your My tank that you only say that you have a few live rocks.

one filter is an aqua tech 20-40 the other is a small tetra

I would cut the lighting back to 8-10 hours.

Get a timer. They are only like $10 at pet stores and places like Home Depot, Lowes, Menards, etc....

I use photobucket and copy and paste.
You need more LR. If you have 1-1 1/2# per gal. you don't need any other filtering except a skimmer.

A skimmer won't be needed as pwc will accomplish the same thing on tanks under 30 gallons.

Aqua Controller Jr. w/ Temp. Probe & Serial Port by Neptune Systems - AquaCave if you really wanted, you could get it. it will keep it at a stable temperature because you plug both a heater and a chiller into it and it turns them on and off and keeps the temperature at your preset number. but thats if you want to spend the 150 dollars lol.

Yes you are correct as long as you stick to it(PWC's) and don't overfeed or overstock and keep your water parameter perfect.

i have two green cromis. they usually both swim around together, but today one is hangin out un a cove, is it sick? it looks like it is "breathing" more rapidly and it's mouth is open wider than usual? is it going to die?
