inverts - Aquarium Advice

hello i got a cleaner package for my tank and the emerald crabs and hermit crabs are climbing all over serpent sea star do they think its food?

Is the sea star dead? Try feeding a little bit of food to the tank, maybe they are hungry. I doubt they would attack a healthy sea star.

And I doubt a healthy sea star would even stick around when crabs are crawling on it!

You should be fine, Just feed the tank and the crabs will go after the food.
