Hey guys my clown fish hasn't been eating for a week & I just noticed one of his fins is almost gone! Fin rot or result of a fight?

Just two. The other is half his size. Only have this guy 2 weeks aswell

Purple dottyback, neon damsel & a blue gudgeon . All in good health

So this is what I'm guessing is happening. If you have a clown and are going to add another clown (keep in mind you only want 2 clowns- not more), you need to add a smaller one than you already have. The small one is probably kicking the crap outta the big one. Gonna need to separate them if this is the case. Maybe someone else can validate this please?

I don't think so, if anything they seem to get on great and could even be mating, they're constantly 'dancing' together

That's very possible. Dotty backs and damsels are also very aggressive fish. They could be bullying the clown.

Well he died during the night the poor fella!

My dotty back is pretty aggressive alright, recently tore my fire fish to death
