Is this too much ?

I have the air tube on my powerhead on its lowest setting and it seems like to many micro bubbles !!

Ps . I had high nitrates when i didnt have the tube on ! and now that i have it on around 2weeks my nitrate went from 40 to low 20. I know its still hight . Im doing a wc Rt now !

To help add some o2 ofcourse not alot to the water , get the surface moveing also ! I never had it on there till 2 weeks ago like i sed it helped out with my nitrate !
