just bout my first piece of lr about 5 lbs

would it be ok to drop straight in my tank? I haven't tested my water for anything yet salinty is good.

If you don't have any fish in it yet, sure.

I have a mix of many different saltwater fish amongst my tanks, but I love my Tangs most of all.

yea it probably has dead matter on it which will help your tank cycle if you havent already added a shrimp to start the process
