Probably not by much if any. If you have surface agitation or filteration then the water is already constantly being exposed to the air.

One of the quickest way to raise ph naturally is to open some windows and allow the co2 out and freah o2 in. This will raise your ph if you have excess co2 build up in the house.

What is you ph currently?
