I'm getting a new light with moon lights..they are LEDs...when/how long should I put on the moon lights? Thanks

The moonlights are just for your viewing pleasure. I have my moonlights come on at 7am (I run them all day because its easier) then main lights from 8.30am until 5.30pm. The moonlights stay on until 11pm then total darkness...
