Light Cycle w/Actinic
I just got the nova extreme lighting kit. It has 2 HO lights and 2 Actinic and lunar lights. My question is, can I run the Actinic in the morning, before the HO lights come on, or do they have to come on after the HO lights turn off? Also, how long should I run the Actinic lights, a few hours. I'm not planning on any corals.

Hmmm, cool so only about 30mins. That sounds resonable. Kinda helps them wake up and go to sleep.
I also bought this: https://www.thatpetplace.com/MainPro/Itemdy00.aspx I had all kinds of problems figuring out how to get it to work. It seems they should have put more thought into the design. 1st, it's a pain trying to click up all the little timers. 2nd, the fan and lunar light plugs are wide, so I can only plug two things into the always on side. I ended up putting the Actinic lights on my digital timer because I got aggrivated! LOL!
