I am looking at setting up a 75 gallon FOWLR, what kind of lighting would you advise on using? like a T-5 4 bulb or some equal to that?

I have stock lights on my 55g FOWLR and coralline is spreading great. Go with the T5 if you plan on getting corals or other inverts in the future.

+1 for Patrick's tip. You don't need the expensive lights if your just sticking with fish and non-photosynthetic inverts like crabs, shrimps, and snails. However if you do plan on getting anemones or corals, you will need strong lighting and the T5HO's are a good investment.
