Lighting FOWLR Tank

Hi . Have just started a 3ft FOWLR . Put 6kg live rock in 2 days ago. Lighting? I have 2 flueros on the roof above or i can use the LED from my african tank as it also has 2 fluero above it. Or so i need something else?
