I have a spare 29 gallon that i want to use for FOWLR. My question is will the lighting that came with the set up work for the LR. It's the 29 gallon set up you get from walmart.

Yes it will be OK. You just need a higher grade lighting if you have any corals. What you have will be fine for a FOWLR tank. Unless of course you get some hitchiker corals on your LR.
