I see a lot of people using egg crate to help disburse the weight of the rock in their tanks. I have a 55 galling tank with 55lbs of rock in it on a aragonite base. I'm worried that I should have used egg crate. I do not plan on adding anymore rock and the bottom of the tank has tempered glass. Also I have some rocks touching the back glass, should I rearrange all the rocks so that nothing is touching the back glass?

Any help is greatly appreciated. I just don't want to crack the tank and have 50 gallons of water all over my tank.

I have about 225lbs of LR in my 125. It's all against of the back of the glass, too. In total I have 1,000lbs of water, 225lbs of LR, 150lbs of sand- all resting on the glass. Not worried.
