Live rock lighting need help
i just purchased a coralife 260 watt lighitng with 10,000 k and actinc blue light and i was woundering how long should i keep each light running a day for my live rock?

 LR does not really require any special lighting or photo period. If your have corals on it, then that is a diferent story. If you are trying to accelerate coraline growth having a higher CA level and the proper CA/ALK balance is more important then light. You can run your lights 10-12hrs a day. It is nice to have the actinics turn on an hour before the daylights and turn off an hour after.
