No one will be able to answer that question without explaining your system. How long has it been up?
What lighting is over it exactly (not just "led" or "t5", but the exact fixture)?
What additives are you using?

Sometimes during shipping the coralline algae on rock dies off, which takes some time for it to turn completely white. Other times it's a cycle that may kill off the color on the rock. It will grow back either way.
