Looking to start a fowlr tank

Am gonna have a 110 gallon I am wondering what goodies I am gonna need

What size powerheads I will want a reef in the future

What will I need for filtration (skimmer, canister, sump) I don't want to do a sump if I don't have to in a few years when I buy a new house I will then

I plan on going with pfs I was told I don't need live sand if I have live rock

I plan on buying about 60 lbs of live rock for now

Salt I was told I need like ro water or something then add everything to it. Can I just get boxes of instant ocean salt and mix with my tap water.

Also what odds and ends do I need.(refractometer)...

I know sorry for the questions I just want to make sure I am on the right path thanks in advance

Well I've decided to do a sump can anyone provide me a how to diagram?and I assume I need a skimmer also

Also what else will I need? do I need powerheads it not gonna be a reef for a few years

And how about water can I just mix my well water with instant ocean?

I would go with two Koralia 750s for powerheads.
