...in the form of that purplish snot-like substance. Can this be done with a soft bristled tooth brush?

How do you guys clean it from your LR?

Siphon it out when you do your PWCs.

tooth brush will work but like roka64 said. make sure you are siphoning it out as much as possible while your brushing it out. may be a two person job.

Hot glue a toothbrush to the end of a small diameter siphon hose. Then you can scrub it off and suck it up at the same time.
