Can it help if I used water from a 55 gal. oscar and pacu tank to cycle a fowlr 55 gal. tank ? what stores sell ro water ? Wal mart ?

You can get RO water at Walmart, most groecery stores and some LFS sell the RO water or already mixed salt water.
