Quick question for those of you that have kept or are keeping moray eels.. How often and how much do you feed??
I'm currently feeding my 3 eels every 3 days. I give them one head of squid each, followed by half of the body 3 days later, and the last half 3 days after that. Somewhere around a whole squid every 9 days. I also rotate in octopus pieces, shrimp, silversides, and various other seafoods for a 2-3 feedings after a squid. I'm going by the "feeding an amount around the size of their head" rule. I'm just curious as to what others are feeding or have fed theirs?
