I wouldn't worry about the bacteria on your decorations, actually since they are coming out of the tank, now would be a great time to give them a cleaning!
99% of your bacteria, without any live rock, is in your substrate. As long as you keep your substrate submerged, and as undisturbed as possible, you should't see any spikes.
Remove everything in the tank except 2" of water over the substrate, if you can, be as gentle as you can during the move, pull the remaining water out and discard in case of any nutrient release, and set it back up. Now would also be a really convenient time to do a massive water change, as well. Like 50% or more. New water would also help to dilute any remaining nutrient release, if any.
Best of luck with your move...1 1/2 years ago, I had to move my 135 reef, into a new 180, seven miles away...by myself!! After a total of 2 days time, everything went in without a hitch...what a marathon, so I know how you feel...quite the nail-biter!!!
