My Spotted Mandarin won't move

I moved him from 10Gallon tank to 35gallon tank. And he is not moving very much. He has been on one spot for more than 10mins...
or more than that because my sister told me that he was there for long...

Does anybody know why?

its probably starving especially in that small of a tank those fish are hard to keep cause they eat live food if its belly is caved in then its starving.

Is it better to move the fish into another tank by itself and keep feeding it?
