My 80 gallon is killing me!

First my damsel and clownfish are missing now my hawkfish is missing!
I've moved rocks arrange durin water change no sign. My cuc is very small doubt they could wipe out an 3 fish without a trace. Only thing left in the tank now is my Colombian shark a clownfish and diamond watchman goby. They seem to be healthy but who knows now.

Checked parameters 0 ammonia o nitrite nitrate 40-80 did a water change today.

Nitrate at 40-80 is lethal enough to kill...

Yup ^ that's a lot of nitrate. What do you use for filtration, how often do you change water?

5 gallons once a week. Adhi sump with a protein skimmer and macroalgae.
