New fish

Do you buy more than one fish at a time? Would you buy two of the same kind? What about two different dwarf Angels? Would this cause problems in the quarantine tank?

More fish in the QT tank will raise the ammonia levels faster. In terms of aggression, it would depend on the size of the QT tank. I wouldn't put two dwarfs in a tank, let alone a QT. It would have to be a large tank to house them.

I have 150 gal FOWLR tank. Is this large enough for two dwarf Angels?

Depends on which ones, but long as there is enough rock to hide and such in it should be ok.

It depends on which ones and also the personality of the fish you get, which is totally random. Two in a QT would be begging for trouble, IMO.
