New fish advice

Hey guys I'm looking to add another fish to my 65g tank. I would like a fish that will swim towards the top half of the tank rather than one that enjoys the sandbed. ATM I have a clown, spotted damsel,a foxface and its a fowlr tank. Any ideas would be most welcome.

My three most active fish that are out in the front and centre of the tank are my purple firefish, a gold stripe cardinal and my most recent court jester goby - all nano fish, with your stock you could probably do them all! They are all peaceful tho so your damsel might bully them

My wrasse is very active. It buries itself in the sand to sleep at night but is out swimming all around the tank otherwise.
