New tank

Attached are a few pics. Its full, however, im having problema starting the sump. The sump is full enough to cover pump, the tanks full, and the tubes In the back are full. My other tank is an over the tank wet/dry and this one is a predrilled underneath so im stuck on gettin it running. Anyone know if im missing a step?

Scratch that, fixed it! Just needed to give the pump a small shake to release air bubbles.
