New to cirals planning to upgrade

I was told by my Lfs that I would need a power head first( buying Monday) and my tank lighting would only be suitable for Los light corals/ anomie's I hava a 20 gallon with 2 clowns a damsel a valentini puffer a cleaner wrass a sand sifter( live sand bed reasonable depth) and 2 hermits... My main reason I want to upgrade is so my clowns can host something( I've bin told frogspawn coral would be ideal) I have a powerful ehime canister filter and lots of live rock spanning from bottom of tank to near surface I'm planning on putting my coral /anomie close to surface( good light) n e thing else I ahold know have???
