All,

well it's been close to 7 weeks and the Hippo has made it through the hypo. He's still a shy bugger but a bit of a pig. He goes through a 4"X4" sheet of Nori every day.

I'm gonna start to raise the salinity this weekend and eventually move him into the main next week.

If all goes well, I'll be ordering my next fish (Foxface lo) sometime next week and QT him.

Just a final update to report. I hope this doesn't jinx me, but the BHT seems to be doing great in the main. No signs of ich, and he's becoming more extroverted.

I personally wouldn't think of getting a tang w/o putting it through hypo first.
