Swc 300 skimmer up to 300 gal

I use api master test kit not expired and have bought another to make sure it was not defective my concern is might my tank be over filtered ?tank has been running for 4 months all fish have been moved to qt tanks incase i need to recycle the tank

Over filtered? I didn't know there was such a thing. Are you seeing issues in the tank because of this?

Not at all actually makes things easier i only do 15% a water change biweekly
