Mysis are more nutritional. Folks liken brine to popcorn or twinkies...You could soak them in Zoe, Selcon and garlic guard to add more nutrition.

deng, then my fish are little snack fatties. they live off brine. pe mysis is not cheap!!

You can soak in the supplements, that should help, remember, variety is good for our critter's health.

How often are you feeding them? Go to 3 days and see if they take to the mysis. Once the start they will love it. And, it's much better for them.

i just never tried mysis, i do bloodworms and brine shrimp..and some variety pack of frozen assortments.
