Pecula Clown fish - fungus
10 Gallon aquarium, live rock, brittle star and 2 clown peculas. Tank has been established for over a year now, fish have been in for 2 weeks. As of late, the larger (female) has developed a fungus on her dorsal fin. I've run through some different forums but don't have enough expertise to diagnose the fungus or treatment. Can anyone look at these pics and determine? Salinity is fine. Getting ready to take a water sample to the LFS, but not sure the nitrates/nitrites/pH and ammonia are an issue. In the meantime, any help is appreciated. Pictures can be found here: New Page 1. thanks in advance!

Wow! Thanks for the welcome and such a rapid response. It sure does look an awful lot like ours fish fungus. LFS tested water good for the most part...a little low on pH. I appreciate your help and feel much better about things give what it could have been! |
