Aquarium Advice Regular
Ok, so I got a false percula clown a few weeks back, and then a true percula that was a bit smaller than it. They seemed to get along ok, but they never slept in the same spot, and occasionally swam together. One day I noticed that my bigger percula was missing. I had bought a condy anemone a few days before. I noticed it was stretched way out, and I could see the fish inside of it....so I took the anemone back, and picked up a new percula. This one is a little more than twice as big as the old percula. Keep in mind, the smallest one from before was the one that stayed alive. So, i got the new one about 3 days later. Here are a few pictures of them swimming together. My question is, how big does a percula need to be before it is mature enough to change sex/have eggs/fertilize eggs?
and, is this size difference too much, or a good thing? and I've also noticed they sort of dance around eachother every so often, and are always swimming together and sleeping in the same spot. Is this an indication that they may be forming a pair, or is it too early for the smaller one?
Edit: Also, I think the smaller one is a misbar, any input?
