Basically this little fish has become to aggressive for my liking and frequently charges my clowns. I don't want to remove him yet because he was once a good fish. My question is; is there a solution to lower its' aggression? I have read that you can place a small container( after punching holes in it to let the water run through) with the fish inside of it like a mini containment tank within the main tank for one day and that will reduce their aggression. Is this true? any other suggestions. thanks

The magenta dottyback is a somewhat aggressive fish. Not too much you can do to change it's natural behavior.
