I can't tell what they are, but they are covering the glass of the tank. White in colour, about the size of a sewing needle tip. Any ideas? Would a magnifying glass help in identifying them?

If they are stationary, look like little white spirals or like these white dots on my pump...

...they they are spirorbid worms, a common and benificial, if unsightly, filter feeder.

I'm thinking they are copepods, though they're very tiny. I feel bad everytime I clean the glass, it's like Godzilla rampaging in Tokyo lol.

I'll have to try and aquire a magnifying glass.
